How long will my order take to be delivered?

Please allow 3-7 business days for processing your order. Some products are made-to-order, and have a longer processing time. After processing, your order will be ready to ship out. It usually takes 11-20 business days for international shipping, depending on your location.

There may be delivery delays due to COVID-19.

Can I choose another carrier?

When you place your order at monoahome.com, you may choose standard shipping or express shipping options with DHL and FedEx.

Why is my shipment delayed?

Your shipment may be delayed for many reasons. Common delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please contact us if you notice any delays in your shipment.

Help! There's a problem with my shipment!

If there's an issue with your package, please contact our Support Team. Please be sure to include your order number, a brief explanation of the problem, and any case or reference numbers you have started with the carrier.

Some items from my order are missing/damaged!

Upon receipt of your order, you realised that some items are missing/damaged? You should contact us within 3 days from the delivery date. Any claims made after 3 days will not be accepted.

Do I need to pay customs charges?

All orders are shipped internationally and may be subject to local customs duties and taxes. The duties and taxes are calculated and collected by customs officials in your country. As such, they are beyond our control. As an importer of goods, you are responsible for duties, taxes, and other fees that your country imposes on imports. You can find more details here

How much will customs charges will be for my country?
As charges are individually assessed by your country’s officials upon import, we are unable to provide an estimate on how much you may be charged for customs. Charges vary from case to case. Instead, please try contacting the customs officials in your country to get a better idea of what the customs charges may be for your order.

What currency is displayed on the website?
As we are based in Luxembourg, Europe, the main currency of our store is in Euro. For the buyer's convenience, our system automatically converts the product prices to your local currency. While the products prices are displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using Euro at the most current exchange rate.

I need to modify my order!

Please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email support@monoahome.com within 12 hours after placing your order. If the order has been shipped, we can no longer make modifications to your order.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

What is your return policy?

Monoa Home has a 30 day refund policy for all orders placed through monoahome.com. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, simply contact us for return instructions and a refund. Please note we can only accept returns that are unopened and unused.

Buyers are responsible for their return shipping fees.
